OUR LIFE IN OTTAWA!

OUR LIFE IN OTTAWA

OUR RELATIONSHIP HAD BEGUN AS COMMON-LAW BASED ON OUT OF CHURCH RELATIONAL COMMITMENT – OUR FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS, WERE MADE JOINTLY.
WE BEGAN OUR LIVES IN AN OTTAWA APARTMENT, AND LIVED THERE FOR 4-5 YEARS.
BECAUSE JUST STARTING CAREERS W.MIN WAGE FEW WEEKS CONTRACTS.  IT WAS ALREADY QUITE STRESSFUL NOT HAVING STABLE INCOME AND HAVING TO ACCEPT THE FACT THAT WE HAD TO QUICKLY MOVE BACK TO GETTING A JOB ASAP SO WE COULD PAY THE RENT THAT WAS DUE IN 2 WEEKS.    
ONCE WE GOT OUR SECOND CHILD THE APARTMENT GOT TOO SMALL FOR EVERYONE.  TOO BAD WE ALWAYS ENJOYED THAT  APARTMENT, IF THEY HAD LARGER 2-3 BEDROOMS WE MAY HAVE STAYED.  
SO, STARTED HOUSE SHOPPING,  ENDED UP DISCOVERING HOUSES IN THE OTTAWA AREA WERE 60-80% MORE EXPENSIVE THAN IN AYLMER AND HULL JUST ACROSS THE RIVER.
 BASED ON THE FACT THAT WE HAD NO MONEY FOR DOWNPAYMENT.
BEGAN LOOKING IN AYLMER AND HULL, THE LOWEST PRICED HOUSE WAS 75.000$ BUT IN COMPARISON TO 239,000 IN OTTAWA, A COST SO HIGH WE COULDN’T EVEN QUALIFY OUR MAX PRE-APPROVED WAS 150,000$ WITH 100,000$ DOWNPAYMENT.
WE WENT  FOR A DRIVE IN DESCHENES PORTION OF AYLMER TO SEE A FEW HOUSES ON SALE.  THIS IS WHERE OUR 1ST HOUSE WAS LOCATED, AS WELL AS, 
TO OUR GREATEST SURPRISE,  SOMEONE HAD BUILT A REALLY TASTEFUL SWISS HOUSE MADE IN DARK BROWN WOOD BEAMS, JUST LIKE SWISS MONTAIN HOUSES WITH TALL SLOPED ROOFS, A DIRECT COMPARISON TO THE EVER FAMILIAR CUCKOO  HOUSE.
IT WAS ON SALE FOR 179,000$, THAT WAS A DREAM HOUSE IN THE LEAST EXPENSIVE TOWN IN CANADA.   RATS!  29,000$ TOO MUCH!   IT SOLD IN THE FIRST VISIT !
FINALLY, WE DROVE THROUGH ALL THE STREETS IN DESCHENES, FINALLY ARRIVED AT 11 LLOYD SAW THAT THIS HOUSE WAS LARGE ENOUGH FOR EVERYONE, AND THE OUTSIDE WAS TASTEFUL DECORATED WITH 2-TONE SIDINGS TOP HALF EGG-YELLOW, BOTTOM WHITE EVERY WINDOW ADORNED WITH DECORATIVE SHUTTERS IN SHARP BLACK. LEFT WAS A HUGE BRICK CHIMNEY MADE FOR 2 FIREPLACES.  I’VE BEEN DYING FOR A FIREPLACE IN THE LIVING ROOM SINCE MY PARENT’S HOUSE IN MONTREAL DOESN’T HAVE ONE THERE.
 THE BACK YARD WAS HUGE, 200 FT DEEP, AND MATURE CEDAR HEDGE ON THE RIGHT GOING ALL THE WAY TO THE BACK OF THE LOT.
ASKING PRICE : 159,000$ HERE WAS EXCEPTIONAL VALUE FOR VERY REASONABLE PRICE.  BUDGET WISE IT WAS RIGHT ON TRACK WTH OUR MAXIMUM MORTGAGE OF 150,000$ 
DROVE SOME MORE INTO WHYCH WOOD ANOTHER REASONABLE PRICED NEIGHBORHOOD, ONLY DIFFERENCES:  SMALL HOUSES ON MINIMAL YARD SPACE!
WE FOUND 2 OTHER HOUSES ON ARIAL AVE.  ONE ON PLEASANT SLOPED BACK YARD WITH LARGE LEVEL PLATEAU WITH PAVING STONES LARGE SQUARE  PATIO. 
CALLED AGENT FOR THAT HOUSE :  ASKING PRICE WAS 115$ TOLD SOLD FOR 125$ WAS READY TO OFFER 135$  AGENT SAID TOO BAD WE CLOSED TOO SOON, GAVEAGENT OUR NAMES FOR NEXT OFFERERS IF MORTAGAGE FAILS FOR THE 1ST BUYERS.  FINALLY RECIVED CALL THAT MORTGAGE FOR THE FIRST BUYER WAS ACCEPTED BY BANK.  THAT WAS A BARGAIN!   THAT ONE WAS ALSO SOLD ON FIRST VISIT. AT 30,000$ BELOW MARKET VALUE. 
A 2ND HOUSE FOR SALE UP THE SAME STREET WHERE THE BARGAIN HOUSE WAS.
THIS ONE WAS LARGE FLAT BUNGALOW WITH A HUGE PINE TREE IN THE FRONT.
HAD A LARGE GLASS PANEL IN THE FRONT GOING TO GROUND LEVEL, THE LIVING ROOM HAD FRENCH DOORS WINDOWED TOP.  THE FLOORS WERE DEEP BURGUNDY RED. 
UPON ENTERING THE LIVING ROOM, I WAS BLOWN OVER BY DISTINCTIVE PRESENCE OF A POLTERGEIST (DEMONIC GHOST), I ALSO NOTICED ADJACENT THE FRENCH DOORS LEADING TO DINING ROOM, THERE WAS LARGE PAINTED STATUE OF A SAINT.  I IMMEDIATELY UNDERSTOOD THAT THIS STATUE WAS PLACED THERE IN THE SPECIFIC PURPOSE OF PROVING POWERFUL PROTECTION AGAINST THIS SPIRITUAL MONSTER.
 I COULD NOT BELIEVE THAT THESE INVISIBLE THINGS ACTUALLY EXIST IN THE SPIRITUAL PLANE.  I WAS STRUCK BY THE FACT THAT THIS WAS THE IDENTICAL FEELING OF THE DARK GHOST THAT ATTACKED ME IN THE PHILIPPINES, 9YRS BEFORE.
 EVEN LORENZA NOTICED SOMETHING AND SHE LOST HER BALANCE BECAUSE THE GHOST PUSHED HER AND HAD NOTHING TO HOLD ON TO!  IT APPEARS THAT THIS POLTERGEIST WAS BEING CONFINED IN THE LIVING ROOM WITH POWERFUL RESTRICTING SPELLS AND THE SAINT STATUE WAS BEING THE FULL-TIME GUARDIAN. 
THIS HOUSE WOULD NEED TO BE  FREED FROM THAT POLTEGEIST BEING HELD PRISONER.  ANOTHER LIKELY POSSIBILITY THE LIVING ROOM IS ACTING AS PORTAL TO THE IN BETWEEN SPIRITUAL WORLD WHERE THE ENTIRE GROUP OF SOULS AWAITS FOR SAFE PATH TO THE LIGHT.  THE POLTERGEIST PURPOSELY BLOCKS SAFE PASSAGE TO THE LIGHT BY SCARING THE PEOPLE TO STAY IN THE FARTHEST PART. 
I DO REMEMBER SEEING A MOVIE WHEN I WAS 8.  BASED ON TRUE STORY CALLED POLTERGEIST WHERE A LITTLE GIRL’S BED ROOM CLOSET TURNED INTO A MAGICAL PORTAL BETWEEN THEIR HOUSE AND AN IN BETWEEN WORLD WHERE LOTS OF PEOPLE LONG DEAD,  WERE HELD CAPTIVE BY A FEARSOME POLTERGEIST. 
THE LITTLE GIRL ALSO FELL INSIDE THIS WORLD AND SHE WAS CHASED BY THE POLTERGEIST FROM ONE END TO THE OTHER.   THE GIRL SCREAMED FOR HER LIFE PARENTS AND SOUNDED DISTANT YET HER VOICE VERY FRIGHTENED,  SHE RAN MORE, AND THE UNEARTHLY GROWL OF THE POLTERGEIST PENETRATED THROUGH THE WALLS OF THE HOUSE.       
  THIS IS A HIGHLY DANGEROUS SITUATION, AS WHOEVER COMES OVER FOR A VISIT,  WILL GET HAUNTED SO VIOLENTLY, IT MAY PROVOKE THE MONSTER IN ATTACKING, AND WE ALREADY KNOW  WHAT HAPPENS THEN, THE VISITOR WILL PERISH. 
AND NOW THAT WE UNCOVERED THIS THREAT, THIS POINTS TO A STRONG POSSIBILITY THAT THE POLTERGEIST MAY HAVE KILLED HUNDREDS VICTIMS IN THE COURSE OF DECADES, AND THAT WOULD LEAVE UNEXPECTEDLY NUMEROUS TRAPPED SOULS  UNABLE TO GET BACK HOME TO THE LIGHT IN PARADISE.  
THIS OPENS A GIANT PRESENCE OF PEOPLE WHO DIED WITHOUT BEING AWARE OF IT.  THEY COME BACK HOMETO WERE THEY WERE LIVING BEFORE THEY DIED; THIS HOUSE.
AND THIS  CONFIRMS THE IMPOSSIBLY STRONG GHOSTLY PRESENCES FROM THE PAST.  A SPIRITUAL GHOST SEER AND HELPER GUIDE COULD BE CALLED IN.
FINALLY, WE BOTH SPONTANEOUSLY DECIDED THIS HOUSE WAS A NO-GO.
LAST THING WE NEED IS GETTING POWERFUL HAUNTINGS FROM A LARGE AMOUNT OF GHOSTS, AND HAVING ONE OR MORE FAMILY MEMBERS FALLING IN THE POLTERGEIST WORLD.  ONLY A HIGHLY EXPERIENCED PERSON WITH COURAGE AND EXTENSIVE EXPOSURE IN TRICKING THE POLTERGEIST TO RUN TO A CORNER TO EAT SOMETHING THROWN  AT IT.  QUICKLY LEAD THE TRAPPED PEOPLE STRAIGHT TO THE LIGHT, AND GET YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS BACK THROUGH THE PORTAL .
ONCE EVERYONE MADE IT TO THE LIGHT, SHUT THE DOOR OF THAT ROOM, LOCK IT AND THOW AWAY THE KEY.   LEAVE THE HOUSE AT YOUR EARLIEST OPPORTUNITY.


 DROVE AROUND SOME MORE WE ENDED UP SEEING NEW DEVELOPMENTS WITH HALF A MILLION DOLLAR HOMES AND UP! BIG ENOUGH FOR PRESIDENTS AND CEO’S.
THESE PRICES WERE REALLY AFFORDABLE BECAUSE SAME HOMES IN OTTAWA WERE 3-5 MILLIONS IN ROCKLAND AND ISLAND PARK (THE HAMPSTEAD OF Ottawa)
FINALLY CALLED THE AGENT FOR THE HOUSE ON 11 LLOYD ST. AND SET UP AN APOINTMENT FOR A 1ST VISIT. 
TO CONTINUED 
TECHNICALLY WE WEREN’T GOING NOWHERE WITHOUT SERIOUS FINANCIAL SUPPORT.  THAT’S WHERE OUR CRITICAL SITUATION CAME FORWARD TO MY PARENTS WHO WERE IN SLIGHTLY BETTER FINANCIAL MEANS OF PUTTING DOWN THE HUGE DOWN-PAYMENT CONSISTING OF THEIR ENTIRE LIFE SAVINGS AND RETIREMENT FUND. 
BUT CONSIDERING THAT THE KIDS NEEDED MORE SPACE AND NEARBY PARK TO GO PLAY, MY PARENTS DECIDED THAT AT LEAST THIS FIRST OBSTACLE WAS PUSHED ASIDE!
 WE GOT OUR FIRST MORTGAGE EXCLUSIVELY APPROVED AROUND SEVERAL CONDITIONS:  - MY DAD HAD WORKED FOR NATIONAL BANK FOR HIS ENTIRE CAREER AND NOW RETIRED FOR SEVERAL YEARS.  – BOTH MY PARENTS  HAD TO CO-SIGN FOR THE FINANCIAL OBLIGATION TO PAY ANY PAYMENTS IN DEFAULT BY BRUNO AND LORENZA. 

– COLLATERAL ALSO WAS  REQUIRED THE ENTIRE HOUSE VALUE IN MONTREAL VALUED AT 450,000, AND BANK WAS ALLOWED TO TAKE OVER MY PARENTS HOUSE AND SELL IT TO KEEP ALL THE PROCEEDS  IF  THERE WAS MORTAGE FORECLOSURE BY THE BANK.  
THIS HIGHLY CONDITIONAL  FIRST MORTAGE DID GET US WELL VERSED BY OUR 4 YEARS EXCELLENT REFERENCE BY THE LANDLORD IN OTTAWA APARTMENT PAID AROUND 680$ MONTHLY AND MANAGED TO PAY ON TIME. 
NOW OUR NEW MORTGAGE WAS LOWER 550$ AND IT MADE OUR BUDGET MORE BEARABLE FOR OUR FIRST HOUSE!  AND CONSIDERING THAT MOST PEOPLE PAY 1000-1200 MONTHLY FOR MORTGAGES BECAUSE HAVE LITTLE OR MINIMAL DOWNPAYMENT.   THAT’S  HARD TO COME BY UNLESS YOU HAVE AN EXCELLENT PAYING JOB OR CAREER.
AFTER THE FIRST FIVE YEARS WENT BY, WE WERE STILL ENJOYING RECORD LOW MORTGAGE PAYMENTS, AND TO ADD TO THE FACT THAT UPON RENEWAL, MY PARENTS HAD ADDED AN ADDITIONAL  10.000$ TO THE PAYOFF OF THE MORTGAGE.  THIS LOWERED OUR NUMBER OF PAYMENTS LEFT TO PAYOFF THE HOUSE IN LLOYD.
OUR UPDATED BALANCE FOR THE MORTAGAGE WAS A LOW 30,000 LEFT TO PAY.  WERE ALSO INFORMED ABOUT OUR AVAILABILITY FOR UP TO 100,000$ FOR USE IN CREDIT LINE,  AS SECOND MORTGAGE FOR RENOVATIONS OR OTHER PURCHASES.
SO, OUR MORTGAGE RENEWAL WAS MOVED FROM NATIONAL BANK TO CIBC IN DOWE’S LAKE CARLING ST. IN OTTAWA NEAR LORENZA FORMER WORK PLACE.
FINALLY WE OPTED A CREDIT LINE LARGE ENOUGH TO INCLUDE THE MORTAGE RENEWAL  OF 11 LLOYD  30,000$, 55,000$ OF AVAILABLE CREDIT.  SINCE THE 1ST MORTGAGE WE SUCCEEDED SECURING OUR CREDIT WITH MY PARENT’S BANK, NOW NO LONGER NEEDED THE COLLATERAL ANYMORE .  A BIG RELIEF FOR MY PARENTS.  THE HOUSE VALUES SHOT UP TO 239,000$ FOR OUR AYLMER HOUSE,  FINALLY WE GOT NEWS THAT THE FORMER OWNERS WERE MOVING AND SELLING THEIR FIRST HOME ON 148 VANIER AND SINCE THE HOUSE VALUES WERE NOW BEYOND 210,000$.  BEST PRICE: 197,000$ AND WITH SUBSTANTIAL 40,000 DOWN PAYMENT LEFT OVER FROM  11 LLOYD CREDIT LINE WE FINANCED 157,000$ WHICH WAS A STIFF 1200 MONTHLY BUT IN COMPARISON TO OUR SUPERLOW MONTHLY MORTGAGE FOR THE LAST 6 YRS FOR 11 LLOYD, SELLING PRICE 239,000$  AT 3.25% RECORD LOW  (INCLUDING HOUSE TAXES PUT AWAY AND PAID FOR US.)
THE MOVE  WAS JULY 31, AND WE DECIDEDTO SLOWLY MOVE OUR STUFF FROM 11 LLOYD, OURSELVES WITH THE CAR AND VAN –
IN THE MEANTIME THE RENOVATOR FOR THE NEW HOUSE WAS GOING TO PROCEED IN PAINTING AND GETTING LAST MINUTE REPAIRS IN OUR TO DO LIST.
WHILE THAT GOT DONE, I SLOWLY PACKED OUR STUFF A CARFUL AT A TIME, REALIZED THAT THE AMOUNT OF STORAGE SPACE IN THE NEW HOUSE WAS MINIMAL. HAD TO PUT EVERYTHING DOWNSTAIRS FOR THE TIME BEING, HAD TO FIGURE OUT WHERE WE WOULD PUT IMPORTANT STUFF.
AN UNUSUAL PROBLEM APPEARED WHEN I CALLED OUR INSURANCE TO ADD OUR NEW HOUSE TO OUR OLD HOUSE.   IMMEDIATELY I WAS WARNED THAT I COULDN’T KEEP OUR OLD HOUSE INSURED ANYMORE MAX 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF POSSESSION.  THIS MEANS THAT OUR CURRENTLY UNRENOVATED AND NOT READY FOR SALE FOR AT LEAST 90 DAYS.  AND WE DIDN’T REALLY HAVE ANY MOVE IN DATE FOR THE NEW PLACE UNTIL WE WERE READY TO SLEEP OUR FIRST NIGHT WE WERE INTENDING TO REDO PART OF THE NEW HOUSE, AND UNTIL THAT’S DONE YOU CAN’T SLEEP IN THERE YET – WE ENDED UP PUSHING EVEN BEYOND 90 DAYS, BEFORE THE RENOVATOR FINISHED SIGNIFICANT RENOVATION INCLUDING CEDAR DECK, FULL COLOR PAINT ALL ROOMS INCLUDING SAND REFINISH HARDWOOD FLOOR.  
FINALLY CONTACTED AN AGENT TO PUT 11 LLOYD FOR SALE.  EXPLAINED ALL THE RENOVATIONS JUST FRESHLY COMPLETED HOUSE IN MOVE–IN CONDITION.  WITH A DREAMY NEW DECK.  FINALLY BASED ON THE FACTTHAT THE NEIGHBOR DOWNTHE STREET HAD PUT ON SALE FOR 240 AND WAS SMALLER AND LESS FEATURES, OUR FOR 239,000 WOULD STAND OUT AS A BARGAIN!  WE FELT PRETTY CONFIDENT CONSIDERING  THE WORK WAS ALL DONE!
THEN A MONTH LATER THE FINANCIAL CRISIS HIT WORLD WIDE!  WE DIDN’T THINK OF IT AS MUCH AT FIRST, BUT A MONTH LATER ALL THE HOUSE PRICES TUMBLED BY A WHOPPING 40,000$  AND UNEXPECTED EXTENDED THE HOUSE MARKET BE DEAD FOR AT LEAST AN ENTIRE 12 MONTHS WITH AND ABSOLUTELY NO VISITS EVEN DURING OPEN HOUSES. IT WAS HOPELESS TO FIND ANY BUYER NOW.  THE SELLING PRICES DROPPED RIGHT DOWN TO 159THE PRICE WE PAID 6 YRS AGO.  FINALLY A HOUSE RENOVATOR TOOK OFF FROM US GOT THE WORLDS  GREATEST DEAL FOR WHAT ALL THAT HOUSE WITH THE WORK ALREADY DONE,  JUST REDO THE BASEMENT AND THAT HOUSE PROBABLY SOLD FOR $200,000 3-MONTHS AFTER.
WE STARTED OUT AS A DECENT HOUSE CHANGE FOR THE BETTER, TURNED OUT AS  AN UNBELIEVABLY UNLUCKY TURN OF EVENTS, NOW OUR SITUATION WAS CRITICAL,
IN THE FACT THAT NOW WE HAD TO PAY 2 FULL MORTGAGES, BOTH NOW AROUND 1200 AND 1000 MONTHLY MUTIPLY THAT 12 MONTHS:  $26400 OVER 12 MONTHS OF MINIMAL EXPENSE, COULDN’T PROCEED WITH RENOVATIONS IN THE NEW PLACE AT ALL SINCE WE WERE STUCK WITH 11 LLOYD UNABLE TO ALLOCATE PROCEEDS FROM LLOYD TO FINISH THE RENOVATION, AFTER GETTING OUR FINAL OFFER FOR LLOYD WE WERE IN SHOCK AS WE WERE LOSING 26400 OF ACCUMULATED MOTGAGE PAYMENTS, HAD TO PAY THE RENOVATOR GIANT JOB OF 5000$ IN LLOYD.  AND WE SURVIVED ON MAXING OUT OUR CREDITCARDS I HAD GOTTEN AN INCREASE UP TO 12,700$, 10,282$ STIFF 300 MIN. PAYMENT,  150$ MONTHLY WERE INTEREST 
FINAL AMOUNT LEFT FROM THE LOSING SALE OF  155.000-95,000 TO PAYOFF THE MAXED OUT CREDIT LINE AND REMAINING MORTGAGE FOR 11 LLOYD.   THIS AMOUNT INCLUDES 50,000 DOWN PAYMENT FOR THE MORTGAGE OF 148 VANIER THAT WAS USED ON THE CREDITLINE – AFTER THE FINAL PROCEEDS WERE PAID OUT MY PARENTS RECOVERED  A SMALL PORTION OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT INITIALLY INVESTED  IT WAS CLOSE TO 120,000 AFTER THE FINAL LUMP SUM PAYMENT TO THE MORTAGE OF 10,000-20,000  

  FINAL BALANCE PAID BY MY PARENT’S FROM ORIGINAL 110,000 IN DOWN PAYMENTS  48,000 LEFT, WITH A PRESENTLY LOCKED IN 50,000 DOWN PAYMENT FOR 148 VANIER MORTGAGE.   AND CURRENTLY, HOUSE VALUES FOR OLDER DESIGN LOTS, CAN’T BE CONVERTED TO HOUSING DEVELOPMENT.  IF LUCKY MAY HAVE TO SACRIFICE BELOW 150$ MY PARENT’S 50,000 DOWNPAYMENT GONE PAYING OFF THE BALANCE OF THE MORTGAGE AFTER 150.000,         HAD NO LUCK FINDING NEW WORK BECAUSE OF THE CRISIS AND THOUSANDS LET GO BECAUSE OF COMPANY CLOSURES NORTEL, DELL,  R SHORT PILLOW IS REALLY UNDER CRUNCH,  MAINTENANCE STILL HAS TO BE DONE AT BOTH PLACES,  CUT GRASS ONCE A MONTH IT GOT  WAIST HIGH   3 FT FIELD GRASS -  HAD NO TIME TO GO ANYMORE EVENTUALLY SINCE 4-DAYS JUST TO CUT OUR NEW GRASS,  I WAS BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY IN WORK QUANTITY, ONDAYS WHERE VISITS WERE SCHEDULED I DID MOW THE GRASS INFRONT TO MAKE THE CLEANISH FIRST IMPRESSION. 
WE WERE STILL MOVING STUFF OUT OF 11 LLOYD RIGHT INTO END OF FALL EARLY WINTER, IT WAS UNBELIABLE HOW MUCH STUFF WAS STILL LEFT.
 ALL THE SCRAP WOOD FROM THE OLD DECK HAD TO BE PILED UP IN THE REAR CORNER NEAR THE PLAY PARK.
IT TOOK ME 3 WEEKS AT 3 DIFFERENT ATTEMPTS OF OVER 3 HOURS EACH THIS EXTREMELY HEAVY WORK WITH SUPER LONG BEAMS OF OLD WOOD HAD TO BE PICKED UP ON TOP OF MY SHOULDERS, BALANCE CAREFULLY AND RUN FOR IT SEVERAL HUNDRED FEET TO THE BACK THE YARD BEFORE MY STRENGTH GAVE OUT.  
AND FOR THE FINAL EFFORT I HAD SPEEDILY AIM THE ENTIRE 16FT LENGTH OF SUPER HEAVY OFF BALANCED FULL OF OLD RUSTED NAILS LOOKED LIKE SUPERMAN THROWING GIANT ELECTRICAL POLES LIKE A JAVELIN THROW IN OLYMPIC EVENT, THIS WAS IMPOSSIBLY INCONSPICUOUS IN LENGTH, WEIGHT, AND HAD TO CAREFULLY MAKE SURE THAT I DIND’T OVERTHROW AND LAND THE GIANT POLE ON TOP THE FENCE CAUSE IF IT WAS, THE ENTIRE FENCE WAS COLLAPSING!   ANOTHER JOB I ABSOLUTELY NO TIME LEFT TO DO.  
 I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE I MANAGED TO GET THE STRENGTH TO START LIFTING SO MANY LONG AND HEAVY WOOD POLES BUT EXTREME JOBS CALL FOR EXTREME MEASURES!
I WAS POSITIVELY SURPRISED AT HAVING THE STRENGTH TO GET THAT IMPOSSIBLE ONE-MAN JOB  THIS KIND OF STUFF NEEDS 2 STRONG GUYS TO LIFT BOTH SIDES AND RUN TO THE BACK AND DROP THEM!
THIS BRINGS UP A VERY SIMILAR COMPARISON, THE TIME THE GRINCH ENDS UP ON TOP OF THE MOUNTAIN WITH HIS SLED ABOUT TO SLIP AND FALL DOWN THE HILL WITH THE ENTIRE LOAD OF STUFF ON THE SLED, THE SLED WAS BEGGINING TO CRUNCH THE SNOW UNDER ITS WEIGHT,  IT WAS DRAGGING THE GRINCH WHO WAS TRYING WITH ALL HIS MIGHT TO HOLD THE IMPOSSIBLY OVERSIZED SLED,  AND RIGHT THERE AND THEN WHEN HE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FLYING FULL SPEED DOWN  THE MOUNTAIN THE NEXT MOMENT OUR GRINCH RECEIVED AN UNBELIEVABLE BUT  TRUE AN INSTANT BLAST OF STRENGHT OF 20 GRINCHES AND 2 , ALL OF A SUDDEN WE HAVE THE STRENGTH TO MOVE MOUNTAINS! 
I REALLY REALIZE THAT ON SPECIAL DAYS WHEN WE HAVE NO ONE TO HELP US GET THE SUPER-HARD AND HEAVY JOBS DONE WITH UNBELIAVABLE STRENGTH AND FEEL GREAT ABOUT IT AT THE END!!!

 
THE KIDS HELPED TO MOVE THE SMALLER WOOD PIECES TO THE BACK INTO THE PLAY PARK THAT HAD A ROOF AND MAD EXCELLENT WINTER WOOD STORAGE!

AND CEDAR HEDGE ROW REACHING FOR THE SKY A DREAM RETREAT FOR ANYONE !
ADMIRATION FOR THIS SANCTUARY QUALITY PLACE IN A BETTER BUILT BRICK HOME SUITABLE FOR LIVING ALL YEAR ROUND.  BEST PLACE TO LIVE IN ALL OF OTTAWA!
ONLY ISSUE GRASS  CUTTING TAKES 4 DAYS WEEKLY LAWN MOWER.
OH AND THE CENTENNIAL MAPLE TREES DROPPED A WHOPPING 50 GIANT LEAF BAGS FOR 4 PEOPLE WITH  LEAF BLOWERS, FINALLY THE NEXT SEASON, THE LEAVES WERE BLOWN RIGHT UP AGAINST THE BACK ROW OF CEDAR HEDGES.  LESS BAGGING BY 25 BAGS .  GREAT PLACE FOR PARTIES GET TOGETHERS THE PLACE IS LARGER THAN A PARK AND HAS ITS VERY OWN SNOW HILL TO SLIDE DOWN IN WINTER.
